- Materials Only
If you have the desire to construct the entire home yourself, this package is perfect for you. Simply order your materials through the Carolina Log Center, and they’ll provide you with the log materials to build the home of your dreams.

Package Dried-in
If you enjoy many aspects of building a home, Package Dried-in is a fantastic option. The Carolina Log Center will deliver your materials and the builder of your choice will construct the shell of your home. You will then be your own “general contractor” and finish the construction of the home (interior walls, plumbing, roofing, etc.)!
- Turn-key Solution
The Turn-key solution is an option created to provide a smooth and hassle-free building experience. All of the responsibilities and concerns of the construction process will be handled by the log home cabin builder of your choice. Your home will be built quickly, accurately and to your every specification by qualified and skilled builders.
 The Carolina Log Center works with only trusted and talented builders. Partnerships with these builders have been formed only after years of experience, as many of the building crews have been working with the Carolina Log Center since day one. With three crews in South Carolina and two crews in North Carolina, there’s never a shortage of a Carolina Log Center quality craftsmen.
